Browser type, Usage statistics, Device information, Cookies and tracking
data via Google Analytics and Google Ads.

• Billing & Administrative Data: Invoices, Payment details (not credit
card numbers), VAT/Billing information.

How We Collect Personal Data

• You provide data directly when you: Submit a contact form, Request a Quote,
Book an Inspection, Communicate with GB Clean via e-mail, phone, WhatsApp,
Share photos or information to receive a service.

• We collect data automatically when you visit our website (cookies, analytics).

• Providing our Services: Booking appointments, Performing
inspections, diagnostics, and remediation, Preparing quotes,
Communicating with you.

We do not sell personal data.

• Subcontractors / technicians (ZZP’ers): Only when
necessary to perform the service. All subcontractors are bound by
confidentiality and process data solely for the job.

(email, Drive, storage), Website hosting provider, Google
Analytics, Google Ads, Accounting software, Payment processors.

• These providers handle data under strict GDPR processor

Standard Contractual Clauses), Company laptop (password-protected &
encrypted), Website server (EU-based hosting provider).
